I’m absolutely a cookie person and I can’t think of a cookie I’ve had that I didn’t enjoy. In my opinion, Snickerdoodles are the perfect “neutral” cookie. Sugar cookies can be too sweet sometimes, not everyone loves chocolate (crazy, I know), and oatmeal cookies just feel a little too healthy for the holidays sometimes…
But Snickerdoodles are the perfect ‘sweet’ touch.
This recipe is gluten free and low in sugar making it a (healthier) cookie option to enjoy through the holidays. PLUS, I bet most of these ingredients are already sitting on your shelves.
Oh, and did I mention they take NO time to make?
